Art Show or DRB Violation? You Make the Call

Please to be enjoying this lovely photo of an unruly mob of Restonians "tagging" some new high-rise construction site at Reston's Fake Downtown. Oh, actually, it was just the annual Reston Fine Arts Festival, a seriously good art show with an outstanding display of gutter shield technology at one of the booths. Some other "web logger" took pictures of many of the brightly colored displays, in case you wanted to see what you missed and/or could never afford to hang in your earth-toned abode, the end.
