Kick the Can: Fairfax Planners Postpone Excelsior Decision Yet Again

Once again, the Fairfax County Planning Commission has postponed a decision on the proposal by Excelsior LLC to build two residential buildings on the Oracle Campus on Sunset Hills Drive.
