    I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same punks that vandalized one of the dumpsters at Lakeview condos by spray painting "You are being watched for purposes of privacy infrengement" [sic].

    I'm pretty sure the "vandals" were just chefs-in-training looking for a place to prepare sous-vide. (Google it). They just forgot the vacuum bags, I guess.
