As Flashbacks go, this one only requires a soupcon of plutonium for the Earth-Toned Wayback Machine, as we journey back to last fall, that gauzy, halcyonic time before that giant flood Took Away Our Innocence Forever. The second from the top photograph prompts me to offer some unsoliciated art investment advice. After buying a ginormous cheap Target-type abstract painting, be sure to have the artist sign the bottom of the painting in three separate places spaced equally apart. That way you can cut the one large painting into three smaller original signed works of art by the same artist, which can be awesome for your portfolio if the lame artist becomes famous one day for doing something really creative...like marrying a Kardashian.
