With all of the proposed TOD development, the Silver Line will not change a danm thing traffic-wise in Reston for very long.

Breaking news: Another delay added to an already pushed- schedule ( 6 more weeks) for track testing. Hope it works better than the Obamacare website when all is said and done. Nothing left to do now but to raise tolls again...
